All administrative tasks prior to the listing going live:

• In-take all info relating to the property and enter into the local MLS following all MLS rules and guidelines. 
• Will work with seller to execute and upload all necessary documents for the MLS including but not limited to Lead Based Paint Disc., Seller’s Property Disc. and Condo Docs when applicable. 
• Scheduling for photos and cleaning when needed.
• Social Media Marketing
• Notary Service
• Communication Guarantee

• *Licensed and Insured
• Discounted TC service when added to listing coordination. 

$250/ Listing

Notary services will be preformed in accordance with Florida State Law:

• In person only
• Valid ID must be presented in person (no copies) 
• *Licensed, bonded, & insured
• *Included in TC and Pre-List Coordination

$15/ 30 min. appointment
